Jessica is a proud RECE who has been working with children for the past 7 years, in both Waldorf and Montessori settings. She received her Undergraduate Degree in Child and Family Studies from Ryerson University in 2010 and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Fanshawe College in 2007. She is also currently studying Supervision and Administration in Early Learning and Care Programs through Sheridan College to obtain an Ontario College Graduate Certificate. She joined the wonderful Waldorf Academy and has over 5 years experience as a Lead Teacher in both Preschool and Toddler classrooms. She fell in love with the homelike feeling of nature-based education and decided this was her chosen path. Jessica loves her simple life in Toronto and spends her time singing, playing electric and acoustic guitar, writing and recording music, poetry, practicing yoga and mindfulness, playing rec. league volleyball in The Beaches and spending time under a tree, in a park or by the water. She is excited to inspire, grow, learn and share her joy and experience in her new Preschool Buds and Blossoms Classroom.
